自動車船用スターンランプ及サイドランプ
RO/RO船、フェリー、自動車専用運搬船(P.C.C.)に使用され、格納時はドアーの機能をする。自動車走行通路で、No.1ランプは船体に取付られた巻取ウインチにより開閉し、No.2ランプは船体に取付られた巻取ウインチ、あるいは、油圧ジガーウインチにより開閉します。
格納時は、油圧ロックシステムとラバーシールにより、完全に水密が保たれます。通常、ランプの振出しを容易にするため、プッシュシリンダーが取付られ、また、航海中は波浪衝撃に対処するため、ラッシングシリンダーによりランプは固縛されています。
開閉操作及び油圧ロックシステムの作動は、ワンタッチで遠隔操作され、表示灯により確認されます。
These ramps are used for vehicle loading/unloading into/from RO/RO ships, ferries and car carriers (P.C.C.) and function as the doors in stowed position, No.1 ramp is operated by a winch on board and No.2 ramp by a ship winch or hydraulic jigger winch.
In stowed position, the ramp constitutes an integral part of shell and is completely kept watertight by the hydraulic lock system and rubber seal. Normally, a bush cylinder is provided to facilitate installation of ramp. At sea, ramp is secured by a lashing cylinder against wave impacts.
Operation of ramp and hydraulic lock system is remotely controlled by a single operation and ascertained by indicator lamps.
