IMO総会決議A.754(18)(22nd,NOVEMBER,1993)「A級、B級及びF級仕切りの耐火試験の勧告」及びIMO海上安全委員会決議61(67)「火災試験方法の適用に関する国際コード」に従って、耐火試験が実施されました。
60分の耐火試験の後,直ちにA.754(18)のAPENDIX A.I.5 に規定されている射水試験(Hose Stream Test )を実施しました。
試験の結果、窓ガラスは割れずに残り射水は窓を貫通せず、試験体はA60級と認定されました。
この時の試験方法は、アメリカの権威ある試験UNDERWRITERS LAVORATORIES(UL規格試験)を上回る方法で実施され、合格いたしました。

Fire resistant test has been carried out in accordance with the Resolution of IMO General Assembly A.754 (18)(22nd, November, 1993)”Recommendations for Fire Resistant Tests of
Classes A,B and F Partitions”and the Resolution of IMO Marine Safety Committee 61 (67)”International Code for Application of Fire Testing Methods”.
Immediately after the fire resistant test for 60 minutes,Hose Stream Test was performed inaccordance with Appendix A.I.5 of A.754 (18).
The window glass remained unbroken and hose stream did not penetrate through the window.As a result,the tested body has been approved as Class A60.
This test was carried out by the method in more critical way than that of Underwriters Laboratories (UL Standard Test) which is one of the most authoritative tests in the U.S.A.
Our windows have achieved success in this test.
