WK PILOT PLATFORM LADDER SYSTEM
トラップドアの付いたパイロット用踊り場を舷梯下部に取り付け、この踊り場に従来のパイロットラダーを固定します。この踊り場は4本のワイヤーで吊ってありますから、常に水平状態を保ちます。
パイロットはトラップドアから踊り場に上がりますので、従来のようにパイロットラダーから舷梯に乗り移る際の危険はありません。
ライトが付けられますので夜間でも安全です。
A pilot platform, fitted with a trap-door and a conventional pilot ladder, is attached to the lower end of an accommodation ladder. This platform is always harizontal, hanging in 4 wires.
Pilot climbs through the trap-door on to the horizontal platform without dangerous transferring between the accommodation ladder and the pilot ladder.
Lights can be fitted on the platform for a safe pilot access at night.
